1. Meet the requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dialysis service
- Registered Nurse in their home country
- English language proficiency: IELTS 6.0 or equivalent
2. Register with AHPRA and NMBA:
- Pass the Outcomes-Based Assessment within two years of working with Kidney Australia to become a Registered Nurse in Australia
3. Alternative pathway:
- Study in Australia through My Pathfinder (MPF) program
- Enroll in a Master's in Health Services at an MPF partner institution
- Work with Kidney Australia for 48 hours per fortnight (2 weeks) and full-time during school breaks
4. Permanent Residency opportunities:
- Working with Kidney Australia opens doors for IQNs to pursue Permanent Residency in Australia
- Guided by MPF partner Migration Agents Registration Authority, MARA (5031831, 1802037, 9473712, 0531913 Phillip Au & Associates) licensed migration agent in Australia
