Our services prioritise patient convenience, safety, and well-being, adhering to the highest standards set by accrediting bodies and the National Safety and Quality in Health Services Commission.

Our comprehensive services include:

  1. Home-Based Dialysis Service: Administered by highly qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Endorsed Nurses (EENs) who were highly trained by KA's Director of Clinical Services and Education/Training Manager.
  2. Peritoneal Dialysis: A specialised treatment option for patients requiring renal replacement therapy, also administered by our expert nursing team.

Our framework, policies, and procedures align with the standards of our affiliated hospitals, ensuring seamless transitions and continued high-quality care. We work in collaboration with Local Health District, Home Theraphy Section's Clinical Nurse Coordinator to continue the Care Plan designed initially in the hospital setting, guaranteeing sustained safe and quality care throughout the transition to home-based treatment.
