At Kidney Australia, we are committed to training our Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Endorsed Nurses (EENs) to be credible providers of high-quality healthcare, particularly in home-based dialysis care. Our training programs adhere to the safety and quality standards set by the National Safety and Quality Health Care (NSQHC) standards.

 

Our Clinical Service Director, and Education and Training Manager will implement comprehensive training programs to ensure our nursing staff can deliver safe and effective care. These programs will cover:

  • Clinical skills and knowledge in home-based dialysis care
  • Infection control and prevention
  • Patient assessment and management
  • Medication management
  • Emergency response and crisis management
